Job Description:

The Srushti Conservation Foundation (SCF) is a Section 8 Not for profit start-up established in January 2021. With rapidly expanding work and to cater quality support for accounts, admin including reporting timely regulatory compliances, and HR, SCF is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with Chartered Accountant and local laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in managing Finance and Accounts with some HR experience.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and accounting software (Tally).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the space of accounting and reporting is preferred.
  • Candidates from Pune will be preferred. However, candidates from outside having own accommodation arrangements in Pune will also be considered. Please specify details in your resume

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and Human resource tasks and finance operations.
  • Maintain office records and documentation.
  • Handle general office administrative duties as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with CA and local laws and regulations.
  • Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions.
