ONGOING PROJECTS
Community-conserved coral reefs in Lakshadweep Archipelago
SCF aims to work with the local community and government to develop a co-managed network of conservation reserves that aim to not only save and restore the corals but also assist reef-associated sustainable livelihoods.
Molecular database for corals in Lakshadweep Archipelago
The project aims to develop coral molecular signatures that will aid future coral reef restoration policies.

GIZ-India collaborated with SCF with support from Rajasthan Forest Department to Assess prevalence of pesticide use in agrarian landscape of Desert National Park

Ecological Impacts of Nisarg cyclone along the coast of Maharashtra
The project aims to conduct comparative ecological assessment to understand the damage caused by Nisarg and Tauktae in and around mangrove and non-mangrove ecosystem areas and assess the significant role played by the mangrove ecosystem.
